The Night Circus surprised the hell out of me. I had it on my wish list for so long but the blurb just sounded kind of convoluted, and honestly even after reading it I can say that it's not really my typical kind of book, but it is SO GOOD. Phenomenal. The way she writes is so engaging and cinematic. The Goldfinch is also a super great book, and I've thought about rereading it recently. I read it when people were talking constantly about what a literary genius it was and felt like it didn't live up to the hype, but now I'm looking back and realizing it is really good and I should give it another chance.

Another great vid, Taylor! You are so underrated! I remember I started following your channel a few months after Gibi in like... 2017(?) I've seen other KZbinrs start ASMR channels then eventually get bored of it, start bringing in awkward drama from their own frustrations, and/or pivot and start using innuendo for views. I love that you've still kept at it after all this time and stayed consistent; down to earth, considerate to others, and improving your videos focusing on ASMR. Keep up the awesome work at your own pace!

Hey Taylor! ^-^ One of the things I like best about your channel is reading the comments your subscribers leave for you. They are so very positive - so much genuine support and respect in this little band of humans you've attracted together. Makes sense - you're a really good ASMRtist, and a really cool person with a great sense of humor! :) Thanks for your many years of awesome, tingly, ASMR content. Mostly, thank you for sharing a few very creative pieces of yourself with all of us here on YT. This is a great book list - they're all good reads! Enjoy them and sweet dreams, hun. :)

Two thoughts I've had in the past week or so: "It's been a while since Taylor's uploaded a video. I wonder when the next one's coming." "I kind of hope she does another book haul soon." You've got that magic timing, ngl. For the books I've been reading, I finished a manual about copy editing, I'm in the middle of a collection of stories by O. Henry, and I'm almost done reading a book whose author I'm actually going to be interviewing. Also, I hope things are going well and that you're still staying safe and healthy.

Just "found" you on KZbin today. The uncorrected proof you got is normal. I work at a bookstore and we get them all the time. Publishers send them out to get readers to recommend and review books before their release. They are known as uncorrected proofs (proofs), advanced reader copies (ARCs), and galleys. They are not legally allowed to be sold. Once the book is published and released to the public you are free to quote from it. They ask that in case they change something in the story before the actual release.

Season 1 of A Series of Unfortunate Events was excellent... way better than the movie... but I haven't yet checked out Season 2. I have heard S2 is not as good as S1 so I've been pushing it. I hate it when series ends poorly especially after being excellent in previous seasons. Breaking Bad is one of the few ones to maintain consistency throughout and that's why it's so epic.
