FIRST TIME HEARING Pentatonix - Joy to the world (Reaction)

I was so happy when they sang this at their concert i took my mom to on the 7th. My sister who had down syndrome passed away Dec. 23rd, 2018. This was her favorite song, she would even request it at church during the middle of summer and because she was a joy to our world for 50 years, we had "A joy to the world" engraved on her headstone 😊💜

Oh, I am so sorry for the incredible loss you have had. It must have been such a mixture of feelings for you to see them do it at the concert. But maybe she was there with you in spirit, enjoying it along with you. I saw them in Kentucky. It was the best night of my 62 years of life. God bless.

@@beverlykrebs4372 her death has definitely not been easy but my mom and I see and feel her from time to time, we definitely know her spirit is with us. And for sure she was at the concert, I guarantee she was singing from the Heavens! 💜

@@jenniferyoung8551 I lost my mom in 2009, and I know she is around me a lot! She finds little ways to let me know without any doubt that she is here. When they sang Evergreen at the concert, I had to put my head on my daughters shoulder & weep. That song just says exactly how I feel about mama. I have really spent my whole life just trying to be more like her. I hope that Ptx can feel & comprehend just how much their music touches our hearts & soothes our souls. I hope they can. If I thought I was giving people that much joy with my talent - if I had any! Ha! - I would never stop doing it!! God bless you & your family!!!

Joy to the World indeed. PTX brings such joy. Paying homage to the original - Scott starting so warm and strong then Kirstie coming in so clear and sharp. Then they move into their own style with Mitch so smooth and angelic, then Avi so deep and resonating and Kevin with the beating and swishing sounds. Wonderful presentation by PTX. You said it "video after video, classic after classic, upgraded". I will continue to follow your reactions to PTX!!
