Yes, I do believe that there are actually angels among us. They could be someone in your family, a friend,a neighbor, or just a stranger, or it could be yourself. You could be the angel in someone else's life, but one thing I'm certain and that Jeff Cook is one of those angels who is watching all his band mates and fans in Heaven. REST IN PEACE Jeff. We will miss you and your tribute to the band, and never will forget you. We Luv U.

Oh, my. When I saw the video put up the picture of Rev. Kelly Clem with the note that she saved a lot of people in her church after it collapsed in a tornado, I felt compelled to tell more of her story. During the 1994 Palm Sunday tornado outbreak, Kelly Clem's Goshen United Methodist Church, where she was pastor, was destroyed by a tornado during the Palm Sunday service. The church was packed, and they didn't hear the warning sirens because of the noise they were making with their pageant and all the singing. Yes, Kelly Clem and others worked diligently to free survivors from the rubble, but what the video failed to mention was that her little girl was killed in the collapse. After finding her body, Kelly soldiered on to help others. I can't begin to imagine what kind of strength that took. I know I could not have carried on. This day always stands out in my mind because my husband and I were driving back to Birmingham from Atlanta on I-20. We were far north of Goshen, but the tornado threat was pretty much the same all over the stste. It was one of those creepy tornado days that we get sometimes get down here in the south, where tornados whip up from Jackson, MS, come through Birmingham and/or Montgomery where they hang a right turn and head straight for Georgia. On this particular day they were coming one after the other in rapid succession, and their east to west paths covered a broad area of the state. We must have stopped at least three times to shelter in gas station bathrooms, wrapping ourselves around the bases of toilets because they're attached to pipes that go deep into the ground. Goshen is just a tiny town in south Alabama, like so many others in this state, except that on this Palm Sunday fate placed it in the path of an EF4 tornado, and a lot of people died. Including Kelly Clem's daughter. I have never met Kelly Clem, but I find it spiritually comforting that people like her exist in this world.

So glad you did this one! I was waiting for you to get to it! This is one of their best! I have heard this song and seen this video countless times and it still brings tears to my eyes. This is truly who we are as people. The kindness and love that most of us give each other every day. The heroes who intervene to save lives and help out their fellow man. I refuse to watch the news or read the paper. There is so much good in this world and good people in it but you would never know what the media and social media focus on. Great reaction, I knew you'd love it!

Since this song was released .....Every time someone in my life passes away, somehow, somewhere I hear this song played within days of there passing. Even since it is long after it's popularity on radio, even when out of the winter season, I will hear it. It may be on a radio, it may be the piped in music in a grocery store....but it always, always turns up.

I absolutely LOVE my home state of Alabama, and definetly love the Country Group by the same name, "Alabama"! They are so down to earth and yet, so very recognisable (could have mispelled that). I have been a fan for many years and I have always loved "Angels Among Us"! I also have a request. Since the Christmas Season is here, I would love for you to react to "Christmas In Dixie"! It is wonderful and very uplifting and a great American Christmas Song! It is, by far, my favorite Christmas Song! I believe that it will soon become one of yours, too! Thank you, as always, for your glowing reaction of "Angels Among Us"! Alabama NEVER lets us down! They are a unique and wonderful group! You always give an honest and spectacular review! Merry Christmas, or as you say in England, Happy Christmas to you and your family!

My daughter in law’s 17yr old brother told his parents that if anything happens to him that he wants Alabama’s Angels Among Us and Garth Brooks’ The Dance played at his funeral. Several months later he was in a terrible accident and his family had to be the ones to take him off life support. Hardest funeral I have ever been to. My nearly 3 year old g’son searched his g’parents’ house looking for Steve and was inconsolable when he couldn’t find him.
