Taylor. First, I appreciate all of your content. I started following you from your Cape Town vlogs. Those vlogs actually inspired me to go there twice now. I just got back 3 weeks ago from being there. Took 25 other people with me. My favorite place in the world, and like your father I'm low-key trying to retire there. Based on your vlogs, that's where you seemed to be your happiest and in your natural element. You know the Mother City would always welcome you back. Anyway, just my 2 cents on it from afar. @@TaylorSpencer The point is to be equitable or liquid- with money making potential, wherever you are. Then be able to go see the people you enjoy spending time with- for e.g. in South Africa. Go for a hike on the promenade, go on a night drive around the coast when the window down, spend a night somewhere where the a view of the ocean on the balcony, under a full moon sky, etc. Look forward to seeing you put it into action

Damn I feel you, I’m really considering moving to the Philippines I’ve been there like 10x and I always miss it especially the beaches over there, last March I went to El Nido Palawan and went on a tour and snorkeled for the first time and it was amazing check it out! Follow your dad to South Africa. Maybe coordinate tours for Americans to South Africa. (including Southern Africa - Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Malawi, etc). Also consider learning the property market in South Africa, but target the Americans that want to retire in South Africa. Africa has lots of potential - you can also consider developing products in SA for the American market.

Maybe you should be a travel agent. I just started with archer travel agency. You can look the agency up on better business bureau. Everything is remote and to get certified cost $89. Becuase I at the information meeting I did it the same day. There is no salary cap for how much you wanna make. That’s my suggestion. I just started but I think you can make thousands of dollars on one booking.
