Fun fact here in greece we believe that sea water through your nose (the more you get is better) help your nasopharyngeal to block less every time you get sick on winter. And last exercise more that "float" lay back and relax, it can be very helpful if you get a crumb at the sea or get drafted from strong currents and need to rest and gather your strength to swim to the sore or w8 for help.Stay safe.

The small planes are not “the only option” for flying n Greece. You go from Athens to certain islands in Airbus 300! Also you can get to Naxos quickly by high speed ferries from Piraeus, Lavrio and Rafina ports in a matter of hours.

Naxos is the only island in Cyclades Greece that is self sufficient and a gastronomical paradise.

It is also the only island that uses milk from cows to make their cheese I think. It was a technique brought by catholic monks some centuries ago, when they came to the island. They were not used to goats or sheep, so they used cows, just as they did back home.

Naxos and Milos are the two most underrated islands in Greece. I would 100 percent prefer them as alternatives to the more advertised Mykonos and Santorini. And also vastly less expensive.

7:00 Tip : Just spread water all over yourself with your hands while you are not in the water yet and then get in. Btw, before to enter in the sea don't stay under the sun for long, let's say no more than 2-3 minutes, or you may be too hot for the upcoming temperature shock of your body.
