Taylor, and Marlena, try Natural Calm, it's a magnesium supplement, at night before bed, I had them everyday, and within 1 month, they stopped and so did my cramps, and terrible birth like pains every month! It is amazing ❤️ I hope you try it and it helps you.. I like it as a cup of "tea " warm tiny cup 15 minutes before bed, it does help you sleep..and don't go heavy, because it will make you go... extra in the morning!

I’m in FL as well. I’m surprised Estée Lauder Double Wear isn’t in her top 5. That’s the best one I have found and I use a very small amount of Nars over it for high problem areas like redness on my cheeks.

I have fallen hard for the Dior Forever Matt Foundation, but it took some playing with to get there. Anyone planning on purchasing this should know that the shades run dark and that it oxidiized without a primer. I'm usually 1N in all Dior oundations, but 0.5N would have been better. The first time I used it on top of my usual skincare and SPF it went full on orange and a shade darker. Once I started using it with the Wet N Wild Impossible Primer (which is AMAZING btw) it was able to work its magic-smoothed my pores and texture, made my skin look healthy, and lasted all day, even with a mask. Thanks for your other recommendations! I need to try the MUF and Nars foundations next. I already love and own the others.

I’m forever thankful for the Shiseido recommendation dry mature 40+ year old skin and mom here and it was honestly a game changer! I feel so confident wearing this and I only need the tiniest tiniest bit. Try using such a small amount of anyone is struggling with this on mature skin. It’s still covers but looks like I’m not wearing anything!

For anyone wondering about the purito bb cream, I bought it off of her recommendation and I am so glad I did I wore it all day with the pink covergirl powder it held up to me preforming (colorguard) so sweating, and to me crying, I didn't have any marks/ holes in my foundation and I was bawling. Definitely one of my faves

I’ve worked in product development in the beauty industry for 10 years, and there is a valid reason as to why we add fragrance to certain products. It’s not that we WANT to (fragrance is expensive as all hell for us to add to ANY formula), it’s that we get WAY more complaints about the smell of the product if we don’t add fragrance. At this point, consumer studies tell us that more people want fragrance than no in their beauty products. It’s a ritual, aesthetic thing for most. Another scenario is having a bomb formula that’s perfect in every way except for an unpleasant scent. In that case, we foresee a ton of complaints about the smell and even worse, lots of returns from people who think the product has gone rancid because they expect it to smell better than it does, and we get ahead of those returns and complaints by covering or trying to neutralize the scent with added fragrance. It will take a minute for the industry to swing the other way so we can leave fragrance out of skincare, makeup, etc. entirely

One of the girls brought that up. And she said exactly what you said. And she said honestly if you were to smell this product without the scent in it. She said how many times did people complain about one of the cheapest makeups on the market but how much they loved it. Wet and wild. One of the girls said whoa are you comparing higher in makeup to that? She said as a base as a scent. She said, there are better and more thoughtful products and high-end products. But that is not to say that a low end product cannot outscale a higher-end product. But if I were to hand you a foundation that worked flawlessly and smelled like paint everyone would complain.. she said what we are learning is more natural sense or better than a synthetic scent. Because synthetic sense can trigger people. But honestly darling, you would be shocked and how much someone would prefer something that has a little sent to it rather than buckets of paint. I popped around a little display and I was like oh my gosh that was the most awesome discussion I've ever heard. Thank you so much for explaining I'm sorry.. I've been eavesdropping. We wound up hanging out for about an hour chit chatting. It was the end of the day, time to wrap up everything and all the girls were working hard. What a wonderful woman she was. Up front and honest. I said, right place right time. I've always wondered about that, never thought to really ask because nobody gives a really good answer and I understand. You're right. She said many girls love high end things, they're embarrassed to wear low end things and that's ridiculous.. she said you better guarantee many foundation companies raised an eyebrow when every single individual was talking about a foundation that was under $5. Which makes all of us sit around the round table and go okay what are we doing wrong? It can't smell like paint.. hahahahaha I said wow did you research that makeup? She raised her eyebrow up and said you better believe we did.

Love the Purito so much! Recently purchased and it’s basically all I use now. I’ve got good texture, but my skin is pretty red so this was the solution I had been looking for. And a little goes a long way. Great for anyone looking for a skin like finish. In daylight it doesn’t look like foundation all but it completely neutralizes the red. 10/10 will repurchase indefinitely for my oily face!

The purito works for pink/cool undertones too, I’m on the fence of pink or neutral depending on the foundation, and #21 is PERFECT. If every foundation type had this shade I’d be in heaven, cause it’s def dewy lol, and sometimes I can’t mattify it as much as i want w out adding tons of other products lol

I prefer the NARS light reflecting foundation but the soft matte one is pretty good, although too heavy coverage for me. Shiseido do lovely foundations. I've not tried the Purito BB cream, but I saw Erborian also has a similar new BB cream which I was thinking of getting

Girl I needed this top 5 foundation vid!! I would like to see your review of Dior Forever Skin Glow. Which is what I've been using after wearing EL doublewear for a year, but it seems to settle in my creases just a tiny bit, otherwise it looks pretty nice. However I want a full coverage soft matte that doesn't feel and look cakey. So I'm giving the matte version a try for sure!

How about the same format but for concealers? I would also love a roundup of the best bronzers for pale neutral skin. I love, love, love my Purrito BB cream. I've been trying lots of different high end foundations lately, but Purrito is the one I keep coming home to. It might even be my most favorite. I'll be forever grateful to you for that recommendation. I've wanted to try the Shiseido RL foundation for the longest. How did you get such a small bottle? Is that on their website? Or a PR sample? I wish more foundations would come out in smaller sizes! I have a sizeable collection, and I rarely ever get through an entire 1 ounce bottle. But I have an insatiable need to try them all! Tarte is the only brand I can think of that reliably releases their foundations in mini sizes (and maybe the small size for Armani Luminous Silk, but that's so spendy 💸💸) Great video, Taylor. The Sheseido foundation was one of the first foundations to actually look good on my chronically dehydrated skin. All my other foundations wind up settling in my pores or sticking to any dryness. thank yo soo much for that recommendation!

I told them that was a strange thing to do with such a popular product, but they didn’t seem to care. It was a strange interaction.

Thanks to your advices i bought Shiseido and I absolutely love it! I was looking for something to replace discontinued Givenchy matte velvet what has the most incredible radiant velvet finish, tried tons of different foundations (including Dior Forever glow and make up forever HD you mentioned) nothing looks and wears on me the same way as Shoseido. Absolutely stating! Thank you again!
