Thank you so much for this!!! It makes me so sad and scared to see all this happening but it hurts even more to see the mental toll its been taking on my mom who has been waking up with nightmares every night recently due to all her anxiety surrounding anti asian american attacks. I mean being bullied for being asian american isnt a new thing but it has never been violent. My sister was bullied badly when she was little. Thankfully because i have so little presence i didnt have to go though all the hardships and bullying she went through although it is sad that i had to make myself feel and look smaller and more invisible to escape it. Again thank you for caring and taking the time to address it even tho your vid was filmed at a different time.

Everyone needs to realize that blacks aren’t the only ethnic group that experiences racism, dehumanization, and violence. Asians, Hispanics, Middle Eastern, Indian, and Native Americans experience it, too. Sadly, for the women is much worse because we get fetishized.

A great tip to prevent mascara transfer: buy the $2 elf clear brow and lash mascara. Top the tips of your top and bottom lashes with it after applying your favorite mascara. I never have transfer anymore!

This works pretty well but I still get smudging. I've been trying out drugstore tubing mascara and the loreal double extend works quite well but still get some transfer. Very frustrating!

Heroine Make mascara in "super waterproof" is amazing. They have it on YesStyle, but you can also get it through Amazon and it's amazing. Full volume, doesn't budge, easy to remove. Love K Beauty!!

Definitely my fave fave mascara of all time. I have sad straight lashes that point downward and refuse to hold a curl, along with terribly watery eyes. The Isehan Kiss Me Heroine super waterproof is the only mascara I use anymore. I made the mistake of buying a stack of the new formula, advanced film, and I don't like it as much. It's a tubing formula but I prefer the original super waterproof.

kbeauty is often very subtle and not pigmented btw, and they love using the light sparkly shade on their lower lash line (look up aegyo sal) its a very common technique~!! would love to see you try out makeup look using kbeauty techniques and styles :O

Being totally honest I have never commented on a tutorial ever . But I felt the desire to say this. I don’t know if you even you even read these or will ever see this . I have being watching videos for about 6 or 7 years now. And your channel I enjoy. For a few reasons. 1: You have always been very transparent with skin issues for that. Good for you and people that watch you 2: you do not get involved with the childish gossip and back stabbing 3: as you grew both you and your channel you have stayed yourself and continued to put out informative content and lots of it. Of course I’m somewhere around 30 years older. But you can learn things from a 2 year old if you are open too I think the best comment I have ever been told is from someone I had not seen for about 20 years and she said. Wow you haven’t changed a bit. That’s what I would say to you. It’s a compliment simply because life is hard sad tough happy productive there is health issues or not. But there’s ALOT and to be the same person through it all the good bad and everything in between is really an amazing accomplishment .So there we go. My first comment. I watched a video a while back from a Korean/African American creator reviewing K beauty products. I don’t remember if she lived in Korea or was visiting but she was mixed race and couldn’t even find products for herself while there. I just wonder how many biracial or multiracial families or even just darker Korean people can’t even find makeup in their own country. If they want to become a worldwide market, they have to have products that fit worldwide shades.

Purito Cica BB cream and Missha are my holy grail complexion products-sometimes I mix them with a little L’Oréal Infallible or the It foundation (not their cc cream) and it seems to help with the longevity of the cc creams- also have gotten some Korean skin care from Amazon that I’m really enjoying!!! Definitely love the Juicy Pang liquid blushes-want to try the other you used today! Thanks for some excellent recommendations👍🏼❣️Great video!!! Too cool for school Artclass by Rodin highlighter is the best I've tried from Korean brands. I've used K-Beauty since 2012 and tried lots of different brands but that was the best. My skin is very fair by the way, the highlighter makes my skin look glowy and healthy.

Side note on the Revlon styler, I was a hardcore believer for YEARS, and then I tried the Hot Tools one with the detachable head. It's so much better than the Revlon! (Imo)

I was so impressed with the blush and the lip tint. They look so gorgeous! I would love to try these. Always can trust these reviews. I know you will tell us if it isn't really something that is worth the money. i bought a purito bb cream and it came in the same old packaging 🧐🤔 and as for korean highlighters, the dear dahlia ones are great! or missha italprism shadows! there's also a highlight in the shape of a rose that's a real pretty gold, may be too dark for you tho

I've heard the I'm meme Multi cube (sold on yesstyle) in the chocolate pallet has some pretty warm tones and comes with a blush and mirror - it is also really affordable since it is on sale.
