Fun fact: Scarra didn't fall because of his "counter-fall-muscles" strength. So, when you're above weight (don't take it offensively), your whole body gravity is completely different from an ideal weight because of it being concentrated on your belly. The muscles Michael used to make people fall down, are exactly the muscles that are weaker because of his weight, so all he needed to do is to counter force and of course the strongest muscles would win.

Reminds me of when I worked at a dentist and ( At the Christmas party in the surgery ) we would inject each other in the foot or leg or arm with local anesthetic when they were not looking - you would get them in the leg.
