Also here because if John Green- three cheers for his relentless mission to inform the world about TB. Just imagine what the world would be like if every famous person used their platform to promote positive societal change…

I'm not used to the phrase "secret sauce", and now I want a barbecue. Great explainer. The history is such an important aspect of understanding infectious disease

How can 40M people be subscribed to a channel that spams 250 videos a week. This is insane. Good videos like this one is impossible to find, except if your know what you are looking for. You just end up with a channel with 40M subs and thousands of videos with less than 10k views. This channel has over 200,000 videos. The last big succes was only 7 month ago. I have no idea how one video among thousands get any traction, but I am not subbing to a channel that will completely destory my sub feed. Can't wait til yt is filled AI channels inspiring to beat this channel in the amount of content. omg.

the answer will lie in bacteriophage therapy , possibly requiring genetic modification of a phage.

...we have effective treatment. no, the solution is not yet more technocracy the solution is actually deciding to care about it and support detection, treatment and prevention
