Damn, Renaissance Periodization just tore this dude a new asshole. What bands can you use to fix that?

i dont want to be hatefull but this is a scam and people must be protected from this fake actor that doesnt know ANYTHING about exercise science. You see that there is 0 tension on the muscles. However i suggest this training to anybody that wants to become a professional window cleaner!

Respect the bands. I'm a total gym user and that is what it reminds me of. Allows different angles. Mixing the anaerobic with aerobic is crazy effective and I see you doing it. PLIABLE AND VIABLE

Tom Brady doesn't do this workout.

There's actually some videos of Tom doing exercises like this and Antonio Brown was doing this workout but at a much greater intensity. When they actually do it the goal is as many reps in a certain timeframe without stopping.

Is there any documented research about the knees/nose over the toes warning? I know the belief has been around a long time but is it actually true?

Follow kneesovertoes guy Ben Patrick and Athletic Truth Grouth ATG. Truth is joint mobility is important and not letting knees go forward is wrong.

Would it not be better to do these workouts in a slow and control manner compared to doing them at a quicker pace?

You should always do exercises with control but speed is a different question. If you want to get big go slow, if you want to be functional go at the normal speed of the function. You wouldn't practice running by walking.

Go to complete muscle fatigue. That is what people dont see. Artistic approach. Nice. Stretching also is so ignored. Keep Tom flexible and he will go to 50...

@@kcrun Because this is not how you train to be good at football, or really any sport. This workout is more appropriate for people trying to live a generally active and healthy lifestyle, and for that it does a decent job. But football players in the nfl are already leagues above the the benefits this workout provides, so they aren't getting better from it in that aspect. Also, Tom Brady should be doing real explosive movements with the barbell in the gym, like heavy cleans/snatches and squats and stuff like that, plus power stuff like med ball throws, bc that's what will actually help in a game.

If your training for explosiveness and strength like someone would in football then not using any weights and mainly focusing on bands would never produce the muscle required to actually participate in football

I laugh when guys want to be meat heads and squat and lift heavy. The r all cripples in their 40s. Meanwhile Brady trains with bands and is going to play until 50 and be able to play with his kids and not be in a wheel chair

What are you talking about??? I still see old people 70 plus deadlifting 500 lbs . They are crippled due to sports injury and incorrect lifting.
@averagebohemian5791
@averagebohemian5791 Жыл бұрын
you absolutely dont know what you are talking about. Here in Eastern Europe, in my weightlifting club we have 60 year olds still competing, still frontsquatting, snatching and clean n jerking. Barbells are TOTALLY superior to bands for most purposes, including explosivness, bands are ultra specific.
