Some people are 100% cheating I was put on a team with two cheaters and I and noticed whenever I wasn't around team fights they would hit the person one or two times and they would die anybody that came into contact with them would die within two seconds until we got around the end of the game when I was constantly around them and what do you know all of a sudden they played like every other normal player missing shots taking damage things of the sort.
