Imo mewtwo isn't as bad as people put him out to be. He should be raised in the tier list. We have people like taj and leffen to back us up on this

Every char can look good against fast fallers. Pair mewtwo against marth or peach and you'll see why mew2 is bad.

Taj, you are the reason why I main Mewtwo. Him, Leffen, and Zoma definitely show Mewtwo’s potential, the problem is that Leffen just secondaries Mewtwo, Zoma doesn’t come to the US for majors that often, and Taj is only semi active, kind of lowers his overall results. But still, when they use him, they are Phenomenal with him. People, even if you want great results, or you’re like me who goes to tournaments just for the fun of it, just have at least 1 Low Tier character in your arsenal.

See I hate this misconception about m2... like he's bad don't get me wrong, but people never actually know how he's bad... Mewtwo's offensive capabilities are pretty good, he has an amazing recovery, amazing throws and his mobility is ok. His problem is just that he's so easy to combo and kill at early percents... he's so big and his tail just kinda sticks out with hurt boxes. Thats his problem.... I don't think m2 is any where near one fo the worst characters. Like every bad character has bad neutral... m2 is really good EVERYWHERE ELSE, which you can't even say that for most nonviable characters

After playing Ultimate for a while I decided to fire up Melee again. Pikachu doesn't feel right anymore, Yoshi is horrible. But for some reason Mewtwo is almost exactly the same as in Ultimate. So it looks like I'll be practicing more Mewtwo!

This vid just shows why I don't like Scar, he's so damn annoying. We get it, Mewtwo's bad but actually commentate on the match more and give the player props for doing so well with a character like that. I've seen other vids do what I described so I don't see why Scar can't.
