If I hadn't been looking at the screen I would have thought I was listening to Randy! LOL.. My parents grew up in KY and I live right across the river in Indiana and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else people around KY are the best and Neal is the real deal I can tell! Thanks for sharing :)

The guy playing with Neal is my best friend Kelly. He died about 2 years ago but a whole lot of my videos have him in them. He was my friend from childhood and I miss him dearly. Watch any vid that has the name Crazy Kelly and you will see how good of friends we were. Thank you so much for watching!

Those two sound so good together that you know Kelly and neal are singing up a storm in heaven right now with that beautiful music they play. I've always been a big fan of Neal's. I could listen to him pick and sing all day and all night. I'm 2 years younger than neal is and I started playing the banjo when I was 10-11 but somewhere sl ok ng the way life got in the way and my exwife sold it at a yard sale one weekend in Mississippi and ever since I heard neal playing his, its put the spark back in me to get another one and start playing again but when I find the right banjo to get, I pray neal will look over my shoulder and help lead me on how to play it again. He was always right, you cant pla th sad music on a banjo. The sound that comes from that instrument is magical!! I'm sorry you lost your friend but rest assured buddy, hes in good hands now and still doing what he always loved to do!! Take care brother!!

His heart finally couldn't go anymore. He had a heart attack last July that took him 3 times but they were able to bring him back but we weren't as fortunate this time. I loved that man and his music, he was a good fella for sure. God always calls the good ones hone early for some reason, but at least he wont ever be sick again and will be singing with the Angel's every day now!
