If you recorded your processed vocals directly we could really hear the actual effect because it sounds like we can hear both your natural vocals mixed with the processed vocals. I couldn't really tell what the end result was.

Please help somebody please help me. I hit a button that say showcase, it appears in the window number 1 High Harmony. This seems to stop the full range of the programs i can only go to 1, 5, 10, 13, 49 that all. How can I get rid of that showcase and get back to all of the programs? 10-19-22

Voicelive play changes all the songs - example: to the key of A.What’s it doing - when I change a key pitch and store to key of A on one song, Voicelive play changes all the songs to the key of A. It’s frustrating to redo do a key pitch to each song after storing the songs in different key pitches. Also, I lost admin rights and after updating firm ware. What computer link can I use to reopen it on windows 10.

Easy fix would be a factory reset , but it’s just a matter of going into the settings it’s probably set to universal key of A meaning all songs will default to A. From the manual: Setup - GlobalGlobal Key - Sets the key to be used with harmony generation and/or pitch correc-tion .There are two settings:1.OFF - Key can be set per individual preset, via direct key setting (C, D, F# etc.), Room Sense,or Auto .2.ON - When a key is chosen within a preset, that key will remain when the preset is changed.

heyyy... one simple question please, as I'm trying to figure out if this is something with my set up: i am connecting my voicelive play to my pc and playing my tracks directly from my speakers, which are decent, but the sound quality is kinda low both with my tracks and the microphone... only when I turn the mic super loud on voiceplay does it sound better! how can i make the sound sound clearer louder fatter? it's prob something basic, but, yeah, some mellow helpful response would be appreciated... peacenlove...

My suggestion for optimal sound is this...place your voicelive in between your mic and an actual Audio Interface. The other alternative would be placing the voicelive in between your mic and an actual mixing board. These are the only 2 ways I was able to get a full sound. I hope this helps!

How do you turn down the hard tune like I love using the Travis Scott type sound on my voice but sometimes I just like it softer how do I turn it down to have less auto tune if that makes sense lol

Swee t After you press the effects button for the sound you have selected. You can change the level by pressing “Favorites” “Practice” or “mix” button. Download the manual, Rewatch this video it’ll all make sense.

Does harmony require a musical instrument to be plugged in. How do we sing various songs with harmony?

Thx for watching and we'd love to have you as a subscriber! You do not need to plug in anything for harmony (but you can if you want). You need to set the key in the Harmony settings menu. Also long pressing on the key setting button will allow you to select different versions of the key (Maj 1, Maj 2 etc). This is the most direct way to get your harmony going. The other 2 options are allowing the box to pick up sounds from the room or you can plug something like an mp3 player or instrument feed into the aux input (3.5 mm) on the back. That's right. I believe you also need to set the key mode to Auto vs room sense. Also, in my experience I enjoy still having a preset and then saving the manual key along with any other reverbs etc. Let us know how it works out!

No...but if you run both left and right channels you can adjust the volume level of both the dry and autotuned channel

Yeah, that's the unfortunate part about this pedal, or any of the tc helicon pedals. The BOSS Ve 500, however is definitely better with manual dialing in, you can set every little thing to your liking, a little more pricy but definitely worth it!@@ChaseMurphy

@@dylanscharneck I'm on tour right now, ended up rockin wit Antares Realtime on my Apollo Twin. A more expensive setup but I already had/used it for recording. The results are way more true to the records n I can preset the retune for every song. Never touchin my Helicon again so if anyone wants to buy mine, it's been used twice baha😭

Haha, apologies brother. Definitely would get rid of the TC Helicon and check for the BOSS VE 500. That has a great retune speed feature and plugin vst so you could do everything on your laptop or desktop pc. All the best with the tour!@@ChaseMurphy

Thx for watching! First hit the "Effects" button. Then use the arrow buttons until you get to the Hardtune section. Then press the "Mix" button. From there turn the knob until you see the word "Off." If you put it on Hit, the hardtune will only work when you press the hit button. And on means it is on all the time for that particular preset. Please let us know if this helps! I think I might need to more about the setup and know more about what you are actually trying to accomplish as your end goal. This unit is just something that goes in between your mic and whatever you would normally plug any standard mic cable into (soundboard, mixer, etc.). I hope this helps at least a little - Good luck!

great video, I was wondering how you use the pitch correction amount in "setup" Hotline Bling is actually in D Major, I believe you are just using the relative minor key, which is why it seems like everything is minor
