The reason why red team last stand song is more like party celebration is it indicates that RED team always win than green team, meanwhile green last stand song is heroic theme and motivating is giving hope to the loses team.

I can kinda see why the GRN last stand theme seems a bit heroic since they’re team is portrayed as the good guys because according to the wiki they are a company that aims to make the planet healthier and repair earth's disrupted environments to be in good shape while they’re rival RED is a company that relies on performing mining operations and several machinery operations on earth's environments for profits
