Why aren't these chassis painted? If I bought one would I have to take it apart fix all the flash rust and then paint it? It's a very good design but I would rather buy it in pieces so I can paint it without dissassessembly.

A couple things....Complete chassis ship unassembled. You will receive two pallets of parts. Having said that it is always recommended to do a full mock up before putting any color on a ANY parts.
