The I DO, WE DO, YOU DO method is not new. It is a research based approach that is super effective. It should be done at every grade level and in every content area. Look for videos that show examples of teachers using this method. It is a life saver.

i really hate my job primary teacher and im sick of people coming up with new methods every year thats apparently better than last years noooooooo

The same thing happens in business- every year the computer programs are updated and you have to relearn so much stuff. Everyone feels like “noooo” but business makes money by changing everything on a regular basis.
