How the hell do you mount this tv , we just got one and my husband says ours cant be mounted but i see other people with the same tv and they have theirs mounted.

Got one for Christmas and it's already completely broken. I just watched Green Room from my external hard drive and then it tried to load the next movie, but it failed. Since then, it doesn't play any files anymore, even ones that played perfectly last night. Tried my other external hard drive, where it played the files perfectly last week, doesn't play. Takes AGES for any menu to open. Tried to turn it off for a while and back on again, didn't change anything. When I try to enter System settings (which also takes ages btw every time) it just jumps right back to the home menu. And let me reiterate: NOT EVEN A SINGLE MONTH OF USE! And already broken! What a complete piece of trash... 😔😡

@@bosmanragga51 says to me a year later... 😅🤭 Yeah, I kinda figured it out by now. It's not the quickest model at all when it comes to menus. And you're playing with fire, when you play files from an external storage device. The bigger the device, the bigger the risk that it won't run anymore some day. I found out, whenever it gets REALLY slow at navigating or opening menus (I'm not even kidding, it can take up to A MINUTE after I pressed the button on my remote sometimes, before the menu finally opens), I just have to shut it down (hold the off button for longer until it asks you if you want to completely turn it off) and then just wait a moment of it being off. When I turn it on again, it works much faster again. Reliable enough.

Im a bit scared because I just got myself this 50" like 2 weeks back, but I hope it will last cos I only use it as a bigger screen from my laptop on HDMI so its not over worked at all, I hope. I saw 1 comment someone says the screen went blank in less than a month on an 85" I think

@@bosmanragga51 I think you're gonna be fine. But thank you so much for sharing. Would like if you could keep me updated it something happens, I could do so myself. I like how far you went with your research for the device. Most people nowadays just buy and consume and don't care that much about quality. If it's broken, they just throw it in the trash and buy the next one. Peak capitalism. But it's a pretty good device overall. HDMI definitely works. There are two or three ports on the side, I think and one USB. I even have an extra sound system connected to mine by optical audio out, which can run parallel to the tv's own one. There's only one additional issue I still have with it:... I like to put on some KZbin videos to go to sleep for the night. Sometimes even some playlists for comfort. And for some reason it just randomly stops to play at some point during the night if you don't keep interacting with it. Like, if I don't skip the ads sometimes. Netflix does something like that, too I believe. At some point it asks you "do you want to keep watching?"... I HATE that. 😅 I want something running during the night. I live alone and I'm lonely. It basically GIVES me comfort. Now, I'm sure there's an easy way to switch offf this function on your Netflix account. However I haven't found it yet for my tv. And I have woken up counless times by now, because nothing was playing anymore. I know, it's a personal issue I have and probably no one else would care about, but I wanted to mention it. It's probably not healthy either and maybe most other people would be happy that it goes into lower power mode. Whenever I woke up to the sound of nothingness, the screensaver was on again (some random photographs from around the world).
