Very true...went to buy today but i saw that its not mentioned on box qled, simple 4kh uhd and other model had qled written, i got confused and asked the sales guy at croma, he told me that its nothing serious and he started to show me on their website and even offered to let me speak to area head....i simple told him friend jo dihkta hai vohi bikta hai....not mentioned so m not buying....and here i see this video of the scam....GUYS seriously chinese can never be trusted, plus i read somewhere USA has red flagged TCL products in their offices.....stealing info!!!!!

Main problem is tcl india not tcl global the p71b (p755) is just a 4k led but with WCG to display better colors but tcl india is selling as a qled tv even writing on their website and amazon and flipkart are ignoring this

Hisense one felt like it's mini-led, that's why it is showing OLED level blacks, just recheque your data and then tell me. Normal led has top and bottom led strip, qled has led spead across back, and mini led has the local dimming feature, so plz tell me if I'm wrong.

I was also in big dilemma in p71b pro and c655 because omn paper both had same specs, finally got c655 and its real qled, even have a badge on tv's left side bezel. but now completely sure they are fooling in p71b pro as qled.

@ so far so good, i have never experienced sony or samsungs so no idea of comparisons. But for the price we get this tv i feel great value for money and brighness is already so much to handle, tho my room is kinda small for a 75 inch tv so i frel brightness is very heavy so i need to keep on 25 only and optimal view is felt.

TCL, Toshiba, hisense yeh saari company se dur he raho. Sab bekar company hai. Yaha tak VU company wale bhi scam kar rahe hai. VU vibe mein company wale bol rahe ki MEMC hai, but retail units mein nahi diya gaya hai. KZbinrs ko review unit diya tha usme MEMC tha, but not in retail units.

Has anyone torn down and checked the QLED of other brands, Hisense etc...? BTW: Yesterday I was about to buy TCL QLED 43 C655, which was one of the models mentioned under a tear down test recently but failed. Comparing it with a regular Croma brand TV , I found this TCL model not up to the mark in colour reproduction. They priced it slightly higher than other 4 K UHD, and it had lots of special features like far field microphone for hands free voice control, Dolby vision etc to compensate.. But.. But.. But.. the marketing USP was QLED which was not found, it was reported !

TCL C655 , C645, 69b all Original Qled TVs and i have hisense Qled As well and TCL C645 Qled.. TCL Qled have better Colors due to VA panel and higher contrast, and hisense have IPS panel. So no that Vibrant color.. but still better then any Normal led TV. And IPS panel have wide viewing angles so I'm happy with both..
