Mine is also hard to remove. I don't know why and how. But according to the spec sheets it can be removed.

Madali lang namn maam, don nga ako nahirapan sa pag tanggal ng bottle rack sa feezer di kase kasya pahaba na ice cylinder, nasubokan mo na ba tanggalin? Paturo namn, baka kase masira ko lang😊

As per recommendation po for fridge dapat 4c ang temperature para hindi mapanis ang pagkain. This will also give you a relative humidity of 35% to 50%. Then for freezer -18c dapat. Fridge: Medium 1 (4c) target Freezer: Medium 2 (-18) target. Sa Fridge po unang pasok nya sa Medium settings then Sa Freezer pangalawa po. Na try ko din yung high sa fridge sobrang lamig halos ubuhin na kami sa pag-inom ng tubig. Pero goods po yun kapag ang laman ng fridge is salad. For baked goods or cake medium 2 po which is 5c. Yung model ng refrigerator namin is TRF-259INV/N
