Nice video.!! 🙂.although it might be a bit slower at some points, it is very fast for beginners to understand all the details.. keep up the good work.. Can you put a link where to find the Nport Administrator configuration software? Also can you describe more clearly the physical connections with ethernet cable and RS232 cable

@@lammangcongnghiep thank you for your replay..could you give me advise from your experience? 3 questions Iam trying to test a Lab instrument sending data through his own PC via physical RS232 port ,before I connect it to the Labs network.(lab network server has a specific IP address and port where listening different devices connected) I get a Moxa device Nport5110 and I connected to PC rs232 port with a serial cable. the type of this cable must be straight through or nullmodem? Can I run the PComm tool to the same PC if i connect Moxa Ethernet cable to this PC Ethernet port and simulate traffic (as you do in your video) ) or sending data from the instrument? in that case of simulation what IP address and port is should give to PComm TCP server? Thanks a lot

@@dimm4180 Hi Thank you for your feedback About your case, here are my mention, 1/ Is your Lab device have App from manufacturer? Or any Protocol specific like modbus rtu RS232? 2/ On my video I demo using Pcomm for simulate the pricipal of traffic how it com and out. But if in the real case like your deivice you need to get data and program if it have no App from manuafacturer. 3/BTW if Lab device use modbus rtu you can use Modbus Poll for testing data, polling the register each data to check communication of Lab device work or not! Thanks

@@lammangcongnghiep thank you for your quirk response.. actually the Lab device using ASTM protocol to export data via its own pc using rs232 port where Moxa device will be connected.. Anyways still have a lot questions but I will try to find some answers with help of Moxa support.
