In certification id, there are 9 groups so do we need to complete all 9 groups or only the selected ones? And secondly do we need to complete the assessment modules which are given 23 assessment modules to complete but none of them are offering registration currently. The assessment modules are not offering registration from a long time, earlier also last month I checked then also they were not available for registering. And lastly when will the wings journey page inside adc compliance will get updated since I have done many courses till now but the wings 1 journey page is not updated not even a single time?

Thanks a lot. Self declaration can be done when you feel you are already proficient in the technology and you need not undergo the learning materials. So in that case you can self declare and can appear for exams directly. Now you need to recheck if this self declaration is allowed or not.

Band dependency will still be there. But most probably once you become ITA, innovator component will become permanent hence no dependency on bands afterwards. This I have heard, nothing as such written

If you get first C band, then ur incentive is paused until u get B band again. So in ur case if you are promoted to C2 grade then if you get B or A band in next appraisal ur incentive will be resumed. But problem starts when you have 2 consecutive C bands, because in that case your incentive will be stopped

Well this video is for Nov cycle only. Anyways apart from angular distinction, you get distinction in anyone track like business/Process/core full stack. And passing marks in Articulation...then u will become digital cadre

It depends, if you have 2 A bands, then after 3 years you are eligible and almost in 39-42 months tenure you become ITA, that's the best case. Coming to the other 95% cases which mostly happens, after 4 years of service, an employee in TCS becomes eligible for ITA but it almost takes 51-60 months time to become ITA. Note ITA is equivalent to C2 Grade

And articulation has few portion for general English as well, so you can prepare it from outside. I am assuming you've joined as Assistant System Engineer Trainee. 1-First Pass Articulation, if you get distinction then wonderful 2-Choose.core programming track, whichever easier for you, score distinction. These are the two easiest track Or else if you couldn't get distinction in articulation, pass is mandatory. Then you may pick Business Track as well, it is also very easy to get distinction there. So in this path you get pass in Articulation, distinction in Core Programming and Business Track. Apart from this follow iEvolve learning path, 2-4 weeks of study time should be enough

I have cleared core prog tech in Nov cycle last year with distinction and biz skill 2 in August. As per the old SOP I am eligible for digital. My ievolve dashboard is also showing the same. But are they going to consider articulation as mandatory from this cycle or from November onwards?

Yeah as per old SOP you should get digital incentive. What does your dashboard shows? If you're not getting the incentive yet then just apss the articulation track, it's not that hard you'll clear it
