We have 5 members in my family can they allow all members or only 4 members can stay there??while booking i could see only 4 adult is adding!

You will able to add 4 adults but when you will click on confirm booking it will give the error. So you can select 2 adults and 2 child but don't worry in Lonavala holiday home you will get two room like bedroom attached with living room. So you can go with 5 person also. Before go there call to care taker and inform him.

Is this Holiday Home near from road? Is any possible option of public transport is available for visiting nearby places from Holiday Home?

Yes this holiday home is near from road, but difficult to get public transport from the holiday home for near places. But in lonavala you can check for the auto or cab for near by places.

Chef prepares same food for all rooms? If we want to ask something different for kids then?

For Lonavala holiday home whatever you or kids wants to eat you can tell to Chef if available they will provide you.

Do the rooms have Air Conditioner in it? I have not seen any AC in the bedroom….

I don't remember that AC was there or not but Lonavala is a hill station so I think no need of AC.

How to book easily thru ultimatix...I see always it's showing booked.

If all dates are showing red in calendar then you can check on next day, next day you will see the green date. Note : you have to book in 30 days advance.
