Tcs ask for make non criminal certificate but they didn't any specific like i have to make for birth or what i am literally confused

I had almost 3 years Gap after my btech and employment do i still need Gap Affidavit? How about passport if passport is expired.

No...make online payment....and generate nsr card it or atleast upload acknowledgement number page that you get after registration
