Sir,iam having 4-1 backlog which I got results few days back,Now i got on boarding on sep 3,before sep only iam completing my supply exam is there any chance for rejection me? Plz replay sir(company Accenture )

As per company rule, you should have no backlog by the time you join the company. But I'm not sure if you can get favour from HR. Just inform them regarding on joining.
