true brother, I missed one big opportunity because at that time I was appearing for tcs interview, and now tcs is neglecting us, now the situation is that there is no big hiring for 2024 batch and companies are preferring 2025 batch students. I am worried and my parents also, because everyone know how difficult is to crack IT job in today's time.

I got OL (Digital)on 20th march still did not get JL, many of my class-mates and batch-mates got OL on July already got JL. I rejected Deloitte just bcoz of TCS values and promises but I regret now. This particular situation is giving me nothing but stress. I could have got 4 months of experience and salary as well. If any junior from 2025 or later I would highly suggest don't rely on one option and do not expect from TCS. It is possible you could get but who knows. All the Best.

firstly tcs has very long random joining process. You should have asked someone before rejecting deloitte. TCS every year takes long time to onboard students

Hello sir, I am bivabasu Majumdar.I have completed my BCA degree in 2023 and got placed in wipro(got ol march 2023) but they gave joining on may 2024 after that I apply for TCS smart and got OL on mid sep 2024 and i also resigned from wipro in oct 2024 because of notice period i served that notice period but not getting any experience letter because only 5 months i worked there.
