I got D band . Dnt know the exact reason. The account has disabled my id and didnot allow me to work in the account. I asked multiple times for reactivation that also i didnot get. I asked for release also that also they didn't give . Due to medical reason the doctor documents were not getting approved for exception. And ultimately they gave me D band

It depends on the manager. My IPF was 5 in 2022 and I got a C. In 2023 my IPF was 4.4 an I got a B

I got a B band with an IPF 4.4 in 2023 with a 10% increment. I got a C band in 2022 with an IPF 5 and no increment in salary. I think it relies in your manager decisions.

Band doesn't related to rating, it doesn't mean high rating good gives good band , my rating Last year is 4.2 and I got c band for 2022-2023 xd
