If you're really that talented then look for opportunities than asking for promotion. If they ask you to stay then tell them to match your offer letter, they will immediately promote you and raise your salary. If they can't, happily go to new company and work

It majorly depends on the bands that you get and your current Grade i.e C1 ideally it can be more than 3 years
