It's typical for a college team to face a down season (or a few) when you lose 99% of your team production to the NFL or Graduation. Give them one more 500 (or worse) season and they will bounce back especially if they continue to recruit and bring in the type of talent off the transfer portal like they did this past off season.

It's good to see QB1 Damon Gabriel back in the starting lineup after last week's possible injury to his head and passed concussion protocol. CB Billy Bowman, Jr. is an awesome presence in the OU Secondary.....a 100 yd PICK 6 last week vs. BYU and another PICK 6 today. Yes!!!!! Hopefully, Bowman will strongly consider returning to Norman for one more year as a Senior CB for the Sooners. The second half for the OU Run Defense was not very good and allowing TCU to slowly rally back into the game, thankfully, the Sooners bended but didn't break. The 114 pts. scored surely surpassed the O/U of 65 pts. OU Defense, hopefully will improve soon (giving up 45 pts., not good) as they now wait to see if they will or will not be playing in the Big XII Championship next week. 🤔😑
