TD04 19T Turbo Wastegate Actuator Relocation Bracket - Volvo B230

A short video to show you our new product which allows you to easily install a clocked 19T turbo on your Volvo B230 Engine. The wastegate actuator will need to be relocated but with this kit it's very easy and fast to do.

This version is superior to the current one as it doesn't require modification of the turbo oil feed tube. Bring it back!!

How much power/ torque give that 19T to an B230, hard to find any informations about it

Was a little disappointed when I received my bracket today, it's not bolt on as it needs filing down to make it fit, ah well, less work than making a bracket myself

After finally filing it enough to make it bolt to the turbo, I now find the bolt holes for the wastegate don't match up with the actuator bracket, this is ridiculous!! "Couldn't be any more easy" lol

I was thinking I would just make a halo out of steel and attach it to the original mounting location. Then drill out where the new location needs to be, add in a support or two and you are good to go.
