TD365 - How To Use Trading From The Chart in TD365.com

A short video on how to use "trading from the chart" on your TD365.com account
In the video you can see how you place to order and change the stop.
You can also add a limit (take profit area) to the order.
You can close your open order by pressing the X in the positions list
(or use close button in the "current positions" in your normal TD365 web panel)

Is it still possible to trade using the website with a live account? I can only trade with the demo and the live account forces me to use metatrader, which I dont want to

sorry for the long waiting answer: you can use the website platform or the MT4 for a live account, so the short answer is yes it's possible.

There was an error to the function a couple of days ago. It should have been fixed now. Try clearing your browsers cache. Or send email to [e-mail]

how do you get to the charts?

you click at the chart icon on the right hand side of the instrument. The chart icon is next to the bell icon on the instrument, i.e a stock or index.
