TSLA Cybercab Confusion, AMD Ready for A.I. Disruption

"There wasn't any real news" during Tesla's (TSLA) We Robot event, according to David Nicholson. He questions the Cybercab's marketed audience and says competition is already "years ahead" of Tesla. Elsewhere in the tech sector, he shows more faith in AMD Inc. (AMD). Nicholson examines a potential catalyst for the A.I. company as it aims to catch up to Nvidia (NVDA).

After every Tesla unveil of a super amazing product that will be incredibly successful, these short bus Wall Street people come on saying how crap it is and the stock goes down. Model 3, stock went down, Model Y, stock went down (and now the best selling car in the world). Before Tesla went public, they showed the Model S and all these people were saying it would never come out at all. My prediction for level four autonomous at Tesla has been 2027 since 2020, I think it will come shortly after Hardware 5 chips are available, and based on the current state of very good progress in FSD I just a few days ago commented on a post that 2027 was still my call. What was anyone else expecting, why the sell off? I have a Model Y to send out as a robo taxi eventually and two Cybertrucks on order for that too. I think completely owning the robo taxi/taxi market will be incredibly profitable for Tesla. As long as the stock does another 10x by 2032 I am fine keeping my stock.

Past performance is not indicative of future results, I think there are probably a lot of easier ways to 10x your money in 8 years than betting on this stuff that has been right around the corner for a decade now.

@@Destorrrrr The team at Tesla STARTED working on FSD in 2016, and the earliest Musk said it might be ready was 2018. By my math, that is six years, not a decade.

its funny i would invest for 5 year vision on tesla but not for short term. Is everybody disappearing in 5 years? if you know your going to make lots of money and it takes 5 years whats the problem.

FSD has been promised now for many years and still not here.. This isn’t a conspiracy, that event was a total letdown. We’ve seen concept cars at auto shows since the beginning and how many actually hit the road?
