TDAU Albino mod update

So if you have never seen this before this is a mod for TDAU that makes everything an Albino. Or their rare counterpart. I could've updated this before, but I didn't cause I expected the 2.3 update to be out by now. But here we are now, What's different? EVERYTHING is an albino. Doesnt matter what it is. So hope you have fun with this updated mod!
