You have two choices. You can either memorize each gas law, or you can use the strategy I talk about about "Be Lazy, Don't Memorize the Gas Laws." But the point is, you can't just pull the gas law out of thin air, you'll need to either have memorized it or have a strategy for coming up with it.

I have a great teacher, but he took this lesson VERY quickly. We started the chapter on a Thursday, practiced on Monday and Wednesday, and now we have a test tomorrow, Friday. This speed sort of left me in the dust and I was REALLY struggling to even begin these equations (especially with the college level wording of my book). After watching this video, I feel much more comfortable with these problems, since it's simple algebra from where you left off. Thanks for this video, it was such a help!!

I don't understand what you mean by "show the final product," but if you need to see how to actually solve the equations, I have a separate video for every gas equation. Setting up and solving each equation here would have made the video much too long.

great!I used to be really intimidated by gas law problems but when you break it down like you do, the maths is actually really basic... straight forward plugging in numbers algebra and rearranging. Knowing which law to use always threw me off as well but thats also pretty straightforward when you explain it like this
