I bought A Touch of Evil when it first released because it checked so many boxes that appealed to me. It looked like Tim Burton's Sleepy Hollow, it had that great B-Movie feel, and it seemed to have an Arkham Horror feel but far more thematic for each of the villains rather than a random hodgepodge of monsters. Everything about it was exactly what I was looking for... on paper. But every time I played it just felt like it was missing *something* and I never fully enjoyed it no matter how many times I tried. I absolutely love the quality of their products and Last Night on Earth is still one of my favorites, but I don't know why I could never get into AToE.

@@TheFinalFrontiersmen It’s a very odd game to be sure. But I enjoy it. Thanks.

@ I should try it with expansions to see if it can finally grab my attention the way I thought it would.

I just grabbed the revised edition of the main game. Is this older edition compatible? I was mostly worried about the back of the cards' color not matching.

@@ManosKant I believe they are, but I’m not 100% sure. Have you contacted FFP?

Touch of evil or fortune and glory? I watched several videos and liked them both 😁

@@nachus77 I think F&G is the superior game, but I like ATOE quite a bit, too.
