If we’re offended, God will protect us from their stinging words and biting tongues and alleviate their weight from our souls. Dear Tara Stancel, I am sorry you are going through so much. I hope you are able to seek out professional counseling and change in diet and perhaps including supplementation. Magnesium and ashwaganda did soooo much for my anxiety and depression. Also journaling, talking to Yahweh, and trying to put positive thoughts in my head. I was depressed for almost twenty years and I made it through. It was so hard that there didn’t seem like a day I didn’t ask Yahweh why was I born or to please let me not wake up. I've been there...GOD is able to counsel and heal you from that hurt. My dad had 7 children with my mom married adopted her 2 previous children, but began drinking,fighting her,running women not taking care of family deserted us over 20yrs. only checking in when arrest for non- support she'd dress us up go visit jail he get out still left, mama taught us to love & forgive him saying " one day he will need Ya"ll...sure enough he came to us with 6 months or less to live...asking for forgiveness with an explanation( mom gone to heaven by then) we cared from him in my home until he died(he accepted salvation b/4 he passed away...God is good! Surely...He sent His Word and healed them physically and emotionally! Soak in His PEACE ! Love ya
