TDK DA-3826 CD Recorder Estate Find. Will it Work?

I recently picked up a TDK DA-3826 CD Recorder in unknown condition at an estate sale. In this video, we'll check it out and see if it needs any repairs.
Note that the TDK DA-3826 is essentially the same dual-tray CD Recorder as the Harman Kardon CDR-20.

I'm still not sure I want to sell it. What are you willing to offer? I won't be able to ship outside of the US, though.
