I had a slight variation with this, the superstar didn't ask me to be the sidekick until after the trade deadline. I told him no, then finished the rest of the season. At the beginning of the second season i told the GM I wanted a trade and I was traded to the team I wanted

Hey TD I got two questions.. First is when you get asked to go out for a night in the town with the team, should I accept or decline? I'm thinking I should decline because I know your GM gets mad at your afterwards if you accept but if I decline my team chemistry will take a bit of a hit. What did you do? and secondly, Who should I ask to be traded? I'm at the Hawks and elton brand, al horford and paul millsap are doing all the rookie hazing. I know the description sais to choose the highest rated player (which in my case is al horford) but I just wanna make sure because I REALLY don't wanna stuff this up. Thanks

Ayee Tee If you followed the steps there should've been no way you got traded. The only way you would've got traded is after the side kick scene(3-5 games after becoming a starter) because once you told your teammate you wouldn't be his sidekick, that's when you tell your GM to trade your teammate.

After I became a starter I played like one or two games properly and then the next few games just purporsley started to foul out every game till about early feb when I got the next GM convo. Do you reckon I didn't get the convo cause I kept fouling out and didn't play good? 4 games before the trade deadline a gm convo finally came up and i just went all in and said trade al horford. Got traded to the jazz. I may start another one so If I do, do you know the answers to my first questions?

Ayee Tee Yeah you have to play good and the interest for your favorite team will stay up high. Make sure you're constantly checking the other teams interests. As soon as you become a starter your favorite team should become #1 by a lot. Then you should play solid, however I have heard where people say they dropped like 60 against the Kings and all of a sudden the kings became #1. So i'd just play good and get a decent grade. Then after a few games as a starter, tell the GM you want your highest ovr teammate traded. Your agent will say that talks are heating up, and once again your favorite team should be #1. I'm sorry I missed your other questions, not sure how I did, but if I ever don't reply, hit me up on twitter! I'll respond almost instantly. I chose to go party with my teammates, my GM did get a little mad and I did get suspended a game but everything was all good. Also, choose the highest ovr team, so yes, Hortford. If you want to, can't you just play out the entire season and just go to another team in the offseason? Chris Smoove did something like that. He was on the Suns then went to the Warriors the following season

So I never had the sidekick conversation. But, I think I discovered another method that does the same thing. If you don't have the sidekick conversation, a game will come up towards the end of January where you'll be down by 1 with 8 seconds left. Your coach will tell you to make the game winner. If your intentionally miss the shot and lose. Your best teammate will yell at you in the locker room for not getting THEM the ball. You'll immediately have a meeting with the GM afterwards where he'll ask you about the team. Tell him you have a problem with a teammate and pick the one that yelled at you. The same thing happens as described in the video. 3 games later, I was traded to the Trail Blazers, my favorite team and leading candidate of interest in me. I never had the sidekick conversation with anybody

Props on the step by step! Been following your guidelines, tryin' to get my slashing two moved to LA...So far in mid-December, 78 OVR, averaging B+ per game, GM %100, Team %82. So just have three quick questions: 1.) Is the B+ game average high enough to have your desired team show the most interest? 2.) How do you get to the screen which shows how much interest each team has in trading for your player??? (PS4 version if it matters...) 3.) In MyCareer, when playing any position other than point guard, is there anyway to see "playvision" for each offense play called by your team? Option settings have been changed to "Full, Show All, Auto, etc.." before each game, however offensive play breakdowns still only appear sporadically. Running around the perimeter waiting for Kemba Walker to throw me a pass to then run the same Iso/Pick&Roll offense is past getting old. Do I really need to buy "On Court Coach" just so I can see what play my team is running?? Many thanks in advance for any wisdom you might be able to bestow!

I need help. In my Career, every team I get traded to, I am the only good player on the team because every team trades away their best player in the trade for me. The rest of the team doesn't play defense, allowing offensive rebounds galore, and play pitiful offense. Even when I try to get my teammates involved by passing they always pass back to me with 2 seconds on the shot clock.

I've tried to get on the Lakers for a minute now.I got drafted by Sac I think, then traded to the Pacers. Won the championship, then asked for a trade and got traded to the Raptors. Then asked to be traded to the Lakers again and got traded back to the Pacers. The Lakers had the most interest besides miami. I'll keep playing the big games until I get to the Lakers. I don't wanna start another one after working so hard with this one

If you dont get the sidekick talk after a couple games of being a starter play until you get the game that ask you to hit the game winning shot with 7sec left on the clock miss on purpose then the star player wil yell at you in the locker room after that the gm will ask you how things are with you and the team tell him you're having problems with the team mate who yelled at you and ask to get that team mate traded then you'll be on your favorite team after 3 more game thats how I got to play for the heat

ok so i've done everything correctly, i checked the team interests every game to see the knicks rise to the top. once they were at the top, after the game i got all scenes. the scene where i said no to being a sidekick, then the gm scene where i said to trade young off the 76ers. then before i started to play the next game my manager shows me the interest chart and knicks are second and the kings are on top. what the hell is wrong with this

What I did is that when I get drafted I play all my games and get an A- or up grade and then become a starter and then ask to be traded and then play all my games and do good until the GM has a sit down with u and then u will get traded with ur fav team

I think this storyline is being interrupted by a bunch of other smaller ones for me because after the game were my agent shows me the teams interested in me i sprained my ankle and i missed a few matches and then the next game i got offered a movie investment deal and then after that i took the foul for my teammate(the one who wants me to be his sidekick) and he thanked me after the game and then after the next game another agent tried to sign me and then after the next game i broke the assist record for my club and got interviewed, and my GM relationship has gone up to 2% will any of this affect me being traded (p.s. Sorry for such a long comment lol)

k, so I tried to follow this method and when I first became a starter, I had a GM conversation right after I became a starter (This was before any sidekick convo), and the "I don't get along with a teammate" is there but I didn't chose it. Then couple games after I became a starter, there was another GM convo, but only the I don't get along with the coach option was there. So I chose that and the coach got replaced. (I was like WTF?) then 1-2 games afterwards I got the injury which time jumped to late January, then the last day of the month I got the GM convo and I said I don't get along with the star player, and by this time I have already passed the trade deadline. and I got traded to the Timberwolves instead of the Spurs, which step have I done wrong? (cause the sidekick convo happened after I got traded to the timberwolves). I just want to make sure I can get to the Spurs this time since I don't want to waste like 6-7 hours of time getting traded to a team I don't like.

I got drafted to the pelicans and followed all of the directions. I had the sidekick talk and told jrue holiday I didn't want to be his sidekick. Then I talked to the gm and told him that I don't get along with the star player and told him to trade him. Then I waited and the gm and I had another talk and I said everything is great. It's been 10 games now & I still haven't been traded & the gm & I had another talk and I just said things are great too. I'm in march now closing on the trade deadline. Will I get traded or that's just it for me?
