194LA :- Govt. Ne Loot ke Acquire ki (Loot Acquire = LA) , Govt. Ne Loot ke lii hai to abb seller bahot jyada gussa ho gaya hoga , in this case govt. Ko pata chal gaya hai ki wo Capital gains tax shayd se nahi dega kyunki humne compulsory Acquire ki hai , to govt. Ko yaha pe jyada dar lgta hai Tax na milne ka , issiliye yaha koi limit nhi rakhi , koi b amt. Pe yaha pe tds katna padega. 194IA :- buyer ne Izzat se Acquire ki (Izzat Aquire = IA) , Izzat se Acquire ki he uska mtlb Seller ne khushi khushi sale kii hai property ko , in this case Govt. Ko jyada tension nahi hai tax recovery ka kyunki Seller khush hai yaha pe , Hence Limit is 50 Lakhs

@@RadhikaSharma-nk2ho This is just a memory technique for us to not forget the provisions and sections. You'll have to study the provisions first and use this method to remember them in the exams. For recollection, it helps really well.

I need a clarification regards TDS In my office, there is always a question always arises "Why do we deduct TDS even GST there" I answered that TDS is DT & GST is IDT. They again ask, tax authorities & government to know about one's turnover in GST. So from that govt shall know who has to pay income tax also. But we separately deducted TDS. Why?.....
