as someone in ML for last 8 years, I find knowing DSA depth as a big upside. I have the right structure of constructing data and know what to break down the problem into. DSA is a mindset not a challenge.

"DSA isn't just about cracking interviews-it's like solving puzzles that challenge your brain and teach you how to think critically. I used to think it was just a checklist to get a job, but now I approach it with curiosity and completeness. It’s not about the number of problems solved but the problem-solving mindset you develop. It’s a fun journey when you start enjoying the process rather than focusing on the end goal. 💻✨"

Hrkirat does know How to do marketing and engage..people.. First he started promoting open source...and doesn't talk about DSA says because He knows everybody is doing that.. So he change the direction of the student path... Started saying do development with his big terms.. Now again the marketing gimmick comes to DSA... He knows that scenario are changing Now a days IT industries after the AI boom Web Dev hype....he created... decreases.. Good strategy engaging students time to time..😂😂😂 Making Student fool Paisa full.

Harkirat bhai i m from Cohort 2 actually bought the course in April when i was just afraid of all these jargons (yes i learned it from u ) but actually that worked for me... I just became Good in MERN then the industry stands stuff like Postgres Nextjs Typescript Prisma ORMS devops and other stuff faced problems in my campus drive but eventually got an off campus now in Grey Orange. And here i have to switch my stack as they told me to learn Django it took me just a week and i m literally good with it this confidence i gain just beacuse of you. Yes but DSA is again a crucial aspect no one can skip it if u really want to grow from 6-8 lpa bracket to 12-18 lpa bracket beyond that is just your experience can let you. Of course DSA is important because it is the foundation of programming, that's why I never understood the reason for confusion among young grads when it comes to DSA. You have to learn it and you need to become good at it and it absolutely doesn't matter whether you will be using those concepts directly at your work place or not but you have to become good at it. It's simple just grind it.
@neo3290
@neo3290 28 күн бұрын
I've never done DSA, I don't see the point in grinding. I work with Graphs and write my own algorithms on an everyday bases, (My job is actually algorithms focused unlike most). But I can do it because I do from first principals and don't bother to mug up patterns in a short span of time. Understanding these patterns in depth requires a lot of time. Actually improving on them requires months. Remember that they are created by great computer scientists. But unfortunately most companies expect people to know this and solve problems in 15-20 mins. This is bad because nobody goes deep and appreciates the algorithms and have shallow understanding. If you think they're "simple", then you are definitely not appreciating them enough.
