Militant is now a lot stronger, it got a shadow buff recently and on its second upgrade gets both flight and hidden defense, it also increased the damage a little

It deserves 20th or something, yeah it sucks in Fallen but for it's price it's goated. Flying+Hidden Detection with just 950 bucks. Plus, it can solo Normal and reach the boss on Molten (not kill it though). You could legit kill Gravedigger if you spend your money right, just with one slot. Plus, I'm pretty sure it's the cheapest tower that can solo Normal, and actually one of the few because a lot of towers lack DPS, is too expensive for early game or has a placement limit. And if you are too lazy to farm for minigunner, spam Militant and get them upgraded to the Bigger Rifle upgrade and there you have a Cheap Minigunner.
