Fun fact: The One Terrible Scream ornament was based of a bug when One Thousand Voices first came out where in which if you charged it when jumping, A terrifying loud scream would play (seriously it was ear r@pe levels of loud, look it up).

I have a special place in my heart for Borealis and it's Ultraviolet ornament: It was one of the first Exotics I ever got and it carried me through Warmind's puzzles that require different elements to shoot the puzzle hologram thingies with, and Ultraviolet was the first ornament (and actual good thing) I got from Eververse at the time because I still a Kinderguardian.

What irks me about about your scores of Tractor Cannon is that the gun specifically doesn't shoot bullets, it's an energy burst. So yes, bones don't shoot bullets, that's the point. And I'm pretty sure the Under Construction skin is more of a take on the Half-life Gravity Gun than a Portal gun.

I've been waiting for the day Borealis becomes meta just so I can use Ultraviolet more, but I hard disagree on the ratings of Death Comes Calling and Polemology; IMO the more modern changes on 4th Horseman ruin the gun's aesthetic, and though the black and blue does look great the wrappings and white dot just mess Polemology up for me.

you missed the guardian games "a clast of its own" ornament for vex, and maybe a few others for other guns. also I think the prideglass ornament for fighting lion is based on the lions from the various voltron series, which I havent seen anybody ever talk about.

ultraviolet and pride of omolon feel like "how the designers wanted it" to me, omolon really selling the futuristic, clean look, while ultraciolet being smoothed and polished (plus it has a little 04 on it over the usual 03, suggesting this is borealis mk4 which makes it even cooler) thats what i look for in an ornament, actually in any gun in destiny, so theyd get huge points from me

I knew you were gonna say final fantasy for world shapper .. its modeled from Berserk. I like most of the really out there ornaments where it's got a tone of effort, anything that's really just a colour reskin (like the vex mytho chrome reshader) is just always an instant 1. Love these types of videos though, I always like seeing other peoples thoughts on ornaments. Izinagi and whisper I think still have the all time best choices for insanely cool ornaments with their variety

The number of these ornaments that are just reshading really tells you why we can’t paint exotic weapons despite them shading in the cosmetics tab if you preview a shader and it’s your primary. It’s in the game to shade them properly, we just can’t because they want to sell these low effort items
