tdx'ians when somebody has an opinion that's actually valid: Jokes aside, TDX is kinda dry right now, everything that's "fun" has already been done, they need to work on replayability and tower balancing before anything else. They are trying to push out good updates for us but honestly they just aren't prioritizing the right things.

I say this, there is a trailer coming out on 9/30 but the maps, new tower, and (IDK if its coming out this update) the new UI will come out on 9/27, besides that the game is dry as the Atacama Desert.

The update this week is attack helo + 10 maps, along with new UI (9/27 Friday), not all the calamity stuff (9/30). John said That date is an announcement regarding major information on the next update considering its meant to be a big one or even a event possibly.

every tower they add just feels like they're re-releasing the same towers but slightly different, the crates are way too expensive for what they are (usually around 30k to get all the skins). TDX in its current state feels like a nothing burger.

that makes no sense, I'm sorry. A game can be 1 month old and it can be dry without updates. No matter how MASSIVE the update is, players won't consistently keep playing for more than 2 weeks to a month. The game is dry to most people because of the lack of updates. If anything, newer games should be competing to release updates with the older games so they can stay on top. I understand that developing is hard, and a lot of money goes into it but they just aren't prioritizing some things that need to be prioritized. Balancing, replayability, content for ALL players and variety are examples.
