A person's actions are determined by their specific comprehension of a situation and of potential actions. Because type does not determine what specific comprehensions a person has, it does not determine what specific actions they will take, but because type is a person's way of forming comprehension, type determines nuances about that comprehension, therefore it does determine nuances about a person's actions, therefore certain specific nuances of actions can be correlated directly with specific types, therefore it is potentially possible (although probably very hard) to prove what type someone is solely through analyzing their actions without analyzing their statements and such. I'm an INTJ, by the way.

hi. those days i started to see that certain ethnic relations to certain mbtis types. not just culturally but the brain wirement genetically passed by genes. i want to ask if you have seens something like this? i can see groups more intrested in religion (supposed Ni). a thing i seen is XNTX are more common in Japan, Korea, Germany, Russia, Syria, Suldan, Israel. and i say, genetic heritage of originary people of those places, and not immigrants. I did see mbti pattern in specifics ancestries

Hey I'm curious about how you came to some of these conclusions. Like more NTs in Japan, Korea etc, is it an instinctive correlation based on your existing knowledge about these places?

According to Miriam Webster ‘cognition’ is “the process of knowing in the broadest sense, including perception, memory, and judgment.” Thus cognition includes perception and should not be coordinated with it. I don’t have an answer for what decision-making functions should be replaced with in terms of a word. I looked in the Oxford American Writer’s Thesaurus, but under judgment it’s a nightmare of a hodgepodge. They have so many disparate terms. Basically they pretend that Te (Logic) and Ti (Critical Thinking) are the same thing. I do like your insight, however, that the function that a person doesn’t use is a better predictor of what type they are. Fe is so far down their stack in shadow land that it’s not even under consideration. Also, I wonder if introverts that are TJ‘s are more prone to inaction than extroverted TJ’s

I hate typology people. How do you present yourself as a definition pedant and then misspell the name of the dictionary you’re referencing? Do me three favors: 1. Read Strunk and White’s *The Elements of Style* before posturing. 2. Read everything you write out loud before submitting it. 3. Search Merriam-Webster’s definition of “language” and copy/paste definition 1a, the very first definition, here.
