I love the EP, the only issue I’ve come across is the limited polyphony voices. It takes some clever work arounds to bypass that though

I think it's a hardware limitation, if they could somehow include a resampling feature that would be dope. Oh and a reverse sample feature, and sample looping options, and effects on a group level instead of only 1 active effect across all groups. Still very much enjoying mine despite the wishlist :)

So many myths are broken when one wants to make boombap, the best boombap works were always made with much more limited machines (not to mention the house of the 90s and the jungle of 93 or trip-hop since 1992), it was the time from the limits, where the technology was not so advanced and the user was the ingenious artist who could make really cool compositions, with equipment that you would hate in 2023. As Mr. Royer Linn says: “machines have no soul.”
