My father always told me a true story of what happened in his factory..A large group of work men did not like a particular manager, every morning he come down to his large private tea urn for a cup of tea and always said how nice it was..The men had put a greasy old cap in the urn. The old cap was inside the urn for some considerable time When he found out he never used that urn again. My father always laughed when he told the story. This happen in 1956
