Tea Rooms at Eggleston Hall Gardens

It's the 1st of March 2013 and the new refurbished Tea Rooms at Eggleston Hall Gardens are ready for the new season. Now run by Alison and Stephen Morrell who also run the Shop and Deli alongside the Tea Rooms, the changes they have made are both sympathetic and complimentary to the gardens. They have taken on good staff and I feel sure a warm welcome will greet all our visitors over the coming months.

You made me smile with your name for cheese. My late dad called it “bung ‘ole”, I’ve never heard anyone else use that expression. You brought back some happy memories of my lovely dad, thanks.

I'm with Roy on this one. I used to have Zepherine Droughin and GLoire de Dijon in my garden as they were first introduce within a couple of years of when it was Built. They were taken out in a refurb but in the latest refurb they might reappear.
