Eggleston Hall Gardens Perennial beds.MOV

A short walk through the perennial beds in May. These are the beds from which our plants for sale are bought. As items finish their time in our stock beds they are transferred into the sales beds. It is a fairly large selection of perennials, which are becoming ever more popular.

I miss watching new videos.....but I suppose scaling back means that new videos will be a rarity. I'll just re-watch all the older ones!

In the states we call Soapwort "Bouncing Bett". My Gran told me that a Bouncing Bett was a common name for a washer woman bc they looked as if they were bouncing as they rubbed the clother up and down the wash board
