This video showed me why I relate to you so much: I too bailed out of the undergrad-to-med-school pipeline XD! It took me forever to take that step back and realize what I had been working towards my whole life and what I wanted were two different things. While most people probably wouldn’t consider becoming a doctor and becoming a nurse as wildly different, it made a huge difference for me! All that to say, I’m glad you also found something that makes you happy every day. Makeup was also an escape for me during that time and still is today. Your videos on TikTok have become my favorites, and now I see why! How passionate and intentional you are with your content makes so much sense with this context. Thank you for putting yourself out there and sticking to your passion, I can’t wait to see what’s in store!
