Great news for my parish!! I love this. Additionally, I hope they will start on the highway from Kingston to St Thomas. We definitely need this since the roads going into St Thomas are not the best, yet thankful for the project, one thing at a time. Bless up Andrew Holness & Popcaan!!👍

Its good that all this development is happening but why are they not strengthening the dollars so the people can enjoy exploring the world the same way these foreign nationals can come and enjoy Jamaica without breaking their backs overworking themselves to earn the money. Those foreign developers should have to employ Jamaicans and not bring their own labourers.

I had to see this again, this is not Morant Bay, this is Spring Field where the old Goodyear factory was ( between church corner and Springfield) maybe I may be forgetting the area anyone has an idea.mmmmmmmmmm maybe for the parish, yes, I am so surprised that it took so long for a look at ST Thomas as one of the backbones of the JLP especially the Morant Bay and Lyssons area where there is practically no good road.

Who else is going to help build Jamaica? The country doesn't have the money or resources to do it on their own. Britain and America have no interest, Britain want to build prison, America tie Jamaica to high interest rate loans! At least the Chinese see great potential in building a progressive nation. China has a lot of foothold and investment in many countries even the main players and they have not become a colony. I feel better to ride with rulers that believe in upward mobility than those who is mentally stained by slavery. Britain has abandoned the Caribbean who they once colonize and gain great wealth from.

Your view is somewhat backward given that after you fall in debt to the Chinese and unable to recover; you make compromises that put you back to square one. Beautiful buildings but no improvement in the quality of life for the individuals. The repayment is coming from their pockets. Hence building your own is always critical.

Jamaica needs investment....the country cannot afford to do it...what should our children do, sit and live in property for the rest of their lives? It's difficult for people to go abroad now...America and Britain have put further restriction on visa system. What will happen to our young people if foreign investors don't come in. Do you see the restrictions America has placed on Iran? If one day the government goes against America not to do list we perish, so it's no different. The ganga growing is a perfect insight. Jamaica government cannot legalise local people to develop and produce this but the Americans can....this is due to American restrictions...What I expect is that our government ensure the contracts are right and adhere to it's terms and condition and we will be fine.
